The store is found inside the Main Ticket Office in the Sala delle Colonne, Piazza Duomo 14/A. It is open every day from 9am to 6pm.

Activities related to the sale of official merchandise from Milan Duomo on the e-store and in the Duomo Shop are managed by Fabbrica Servizi s.r.l.,  a limited liability company owned wholly by the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano.
